Mobility

 

Documents to be submitted before enrollment:

  • Registration form (must be filled on the spot);
  • Copy of a state document certifying complete general education and a certificate of National Examinations center (In case of foreign education – a document of recognition of foreign education issued by National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement).
  • A Copy of ID card together with its original (for foreign citizens – a copy of passport/ID card and its translation being certified by the notary).
  • 2 printed versions of applicant’s photo (3X4) and its CD/DVD version.
  • A copy of document from military record (for male citizens of Georgia)
  • A statement from the order on change in student status issued by previous HEI (in case of suspension of status – the grounds for suspension must be indicated).
  • Notice certifying applicant’s student status and active semester.
  • Transcript of academic records indicating acquired credits (certified according to the relevant rules).

Note: Apart from the aforementioned documents, submitting of syllabi of academic courses having been passed by the mobility applicant may be required.

  Documents to be submitted within 2 weeks after mobility enrollment: Original of a state document certifying complete general education and a certificate of National Examinations center (In case of foreign education – a document of recognition of foreign education issued by National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement);

  • Filled special application form (Student can take it in the University);
  • Receipt certifying the payment of the tuition fee according to the established rules. (account number will be given to the applicant in the University);
  • Student’s personal file (including all documents within it) issued (sealed) by previous HEI.
  • A copy of document from military record (for male citizens of Georgia)
  • A statement from the order on suspension of student status as a result of mobility.
